Reservation Subject to Confirmation:

Reservations are considered as a commitment for the full period requested. Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required on reservations of one week or longer; payment in full on reservations less than one week as security against vacancies caused by date changes or cancellations. Personal checks, traveler's cheques, money orders, bank checks or cash payments accepted as actual security against vacancies caused by date changes or cancellations. Balance due on arrival on reservations of one week or longer. American Express, Mastercard, Visa or cash payments accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

A rebooking fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total room charge for the reservation will be applied to cancellations received in writing twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival.

No refunds issued within twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival.
